Virginia Lorrie Haworth died May 10, 2016 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years 6 months 2 days. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel. Interment is scheduled for 3:00 PM, Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Resthaven Cemetery in Shawnee, Oklahoma under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Virginia was born November 8, 1944 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Larry and Virginia (VanDamme) Lucero. She was raised in California graduating from Irvington High School in Fremont, in 1963. Virginia married Dillon Haworth on February 7, 1965 in San Jose, California. She enjoyed reading, shopping and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Virginia was of the Catholic faith, and attended Our Lady of Victory as often as she could.
Virginia is preceded in death by her parents, Larry and Virginia Lucero; son, Michael Dillon Haworth; sister, Judy Lucero; nephew, Joe Hatzfield; and brother-in-law, Zeke Hatzfield. Survivors include her husband, Dillon of the home; daughters, Lorrie Haworth of Broken Arrow, Kathleen Heck and husband, Joe of Purcell; adopted daughters, Jennifer Jennings of Broken Arrow, Jamey Galik of Purcell; grandsons, Michael Heck and Ethan Heck, of Purcell; siblings, Rosemary Hatzfield of Shawnee, Anthony Lucero of California; nieces, Desiree and her daughter, Josephine, Kacey, Tommi, Mia, Jessica; nephews, Eddie, Tony, Daniel and Timmy; great great nephew, Michael; brothers and sisters-in-laws; Jack and Nancy Beckham, Ethel Cotter, Richard Fitzke; and nana to, Mimi, Xander, Demetri, Kye, and many other relatives and friends.
