Samuel Grayson

Samuel Lee Grayson died May 30, 2018 at the age of 63 years 2 months 11 days. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Noble IOOF Cemetery entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Sam was born March 19, 1955 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Hugh Ollis and Mamie Jo (Feuerborn) Grayson. He was raised in Slaughterville, graduating from Noble High School in 1973. Sam was an avid hot air balloon enthusiast. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and canning vegetables.

Sam is preceded in death by his parents, Ollis and Mamie Jo Grayson. Survivors include his sister, Sharon Whitcomb and husband, Harvey of Centenial, Colorado; brothers, Walter Grayson and wife, Pam of Hudson, Florida, Mike Grayson of Slaughterville, Pat Grayson of Slaughterville; nieces and nephews, Shelly & Marty Bauer, Joey Whitcomb, Aaron Whitcomb, Steve Whitcomb, Melanie Whitcomb, Bill & Rachel Grayson, Jessica & Kevin Landers, Jordan & Katherine Grayson; great nieces and nephews, Janai Bauer, Jimmy, Hanna, Kira Whitcomb, Emma Whitcomb, Jax Whitcomb, Will and Sam Grayson, Lyssa and Micah Landers, Clayton and Lydia Grayson; and numerous other relatives and friends.
