Pearlene Caldwell

Pearlene Caldwell died September 8, 2019 in Purcell, at the age of 85 years 1 month 17 days. Memorial Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, October 2, 2019 at the 9th and Pierce Church of Christ, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Pearlene was born July 22, 1934 in Satterwhite, Oklahoma to Monroe Lee and Audra Agnes (Collins) Faust. She was raised and attended school in Elmore City. In 1953, she and Elvey Lee Parsley, also know as Junior, took in her 6 month old niece, Linda McNichols and raised her as her own. Pearlene enjoyed crafts and gardening. She worked many years as a waitress and a seamstress. Pearlene loved taking care of her puppies, Chico and Polo. She was a member of the 9th and Pierce Church of Christ.

Pearlene is preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Audra Faust; her husband, Charles Caldwell; brothers, Bill Faust, Ed Faust; and twin sister, Murldean Gay; sisters, Hattie Faust, Ruby Faust and Annie Dill. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Thompson; grandchildren, Warren Benge and wife, Lisa, Shelley Medrano and husband, Juan; great grandchildren, Cheyan Benge, Sabrina Benge, Breanna Benge, Mason Medrano, Brianna Medrano, Cheyanne Medrano; great grandson, Erik Stupke and many other relatives and friends.
