Linda Rose Blackburn died February 17, 2017 in Dibble at the age of 66 years 5 months 24 days. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Dawson General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn, 2465 N. Yale, Tulsa, OK. Interment is scheduled for 4:00 PM, Friday, February 24, 2017 at Parkland Cemetery in Parkland, Oklahoma, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Linda was born August 23, 1950 in Grand Junction, Colorado to Marvin and Gracie (Easter) Gray. She was baptized on June 20, 1965 by Brother Harding Bellew. October 23, 1971, Brother Ollie Channel married Linda and Clinton Blackburn in Prosser, Washington by Brother Ollie Channel. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, crafts, baking, and fellowship with her church family. Most importantly, Linda loved spending time with her family.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Gracie Gray; husband, Clinton Blackburn; siblings, Kenny Gray, Cecil Gray, Arlene Gray; son-in-law, Gary Bowling; and grandson, Clinton Pruitt. Survivors include her children, Kaylene Wright and husband, Kenneth, Vanita Bowling, Misty Kincheloe, Heidi Pierce and husband, Tony, Marvin Blackburn and wife, Elisabeth, Gracie Pruitt and husband, Remington; grandchildren, Kayla, Kenneth and Darryl Wright, James, Heather, Samntha, Angela and Jacob Bowling, Dakota, Dalton and Destiny Kincheloe, Matthew and Cassandra McAbee, Tim, Triston and Taya Pierce, Benjamin, Hannah, Simon, Bethany, Samuel, Brittany, Stella and Helen Blackburn, Mackinzie, Mariah, Meagan, Remington and Emma Pruitt and 2 on the way; great grandson, Casen Prophet; sister, Anita Bernier and husband, Don; and many other relatives and friends.
