Judy Ann Amaro

          Judy Amaro, mother of three, grandmother of 8, and great-grandmother of 2, passed away on April 15, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years 11 months 8 days.  Her life will be celebrated 2:00 PM, Friday, August 12, 2022, at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.  

          Judy was born May 7, 1945, in Oxnard, California to the late Lester B. And Iola Beatrice (Morrison) Powell.  She lived an incredible life constantly surrounded by her family and friends. Judy was able to travel overseas and visit many places and enjoy her grandkids, and great grandkids.

    Judy is survived by her three children; Joe Amaro, Sarita Amaro, and Amanda Griffin; her 8 grandchildren; her 2 great-grandchildren; her siblings, Gene Powell, Linda Webster, Jan Searcy, and Rhonda Hall; and numerous other relatives and friends.
