David Michael Berry

     David Michael Berry died March 16, 2025, in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 61 years 1 months 17 days. A private memorial service is planned for a later date.

     David was born January 30, 1964, in Los Angeles, California to Donald Ray and Joleen Engelina (Van Veen) Berry. His formative years were spent in the sun-drenched landscapes of Arizona, where he forged lifelong memories and friendships. David dedicated his professional life to driving concrete trucks for Genesis Concrete Co., a role that showcased his strong work ethic and commitment to contributing to the community. On September 21, 2022, in the charming town of Purcell, Oklahoma, he united in marriage with his beloved Saundra Garrett, and together they created a warm and inviting home filled with love and laughter. Passionate about the outdoors, David found joy in shooting guns, a hobby he cherished alongside the camaraderie of his friends and family. His life was a testament to the bonds he nurtured, and he will be remembered fondly for his kindness, his adventurous spirit, and the happiness he brought to those around him.

     David is preceded in death by his mother, Joleen Van Veen. Survivors include his wife, Saundra Berry; his brother, Clay; his best friend, Stephen Agin; and numerous other relatives and friends.
