Carolyn June Troutman died May 10, 2016 in Purcell, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years 10 months 7 days. Memorial Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, June 3, 2016 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Carolyn was born July 3, 1944 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Troy Lee and Dora Mae (Walker) Troutman. She was raised in the Purcell/Washington area, attending school in Washington. She loved working with the elderly and worked many years as a certified nurses aide and certified medication aide in area nursing homes. Carolyn loved to paint, scrapbook, flower gardening, playing Bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Dora Mae Troutman; siblings, Claude, Willie, Robert, Jimmy, Linda and Bonnie. Survivors include her son, Preston Grennlee and Susan Thayer; daughters, Karen Greenlee, Teresa Barrett; grandchildren, Christopher, Krystal, Amber, Anna, Patrisha, Brandon, Josie; great grandchildren, Emily, Aiden, Dillon, Elijah, Amiyah and many other relatives and friends.
